Conventional 30 Year payment example: For a loan of $100,000 at 6.500% interest rate, no points, and an APR 6.650%, the monthly principal and interest payment is $632. The total of all interest payments for 30 years is $127,544.00 and the total of all payments for 30 years is $227,544.00. Payments do not include amounts for taxes and insurance premiums, and the actual payment obligation will be greater.
