Do I need a new card? Or do I need to sign up?

No. You’re all set with your current Hawaii State FCU card. This is an enhancement to existing Hawaii State FCU Cards.

How do I know when I have an offer?

Offers will be delivered via email and/or push notifications.

How do I know when I hit a milestone?

You’ll receive a notification when you complete a milestone and earn a reward. You can also check your progress anytime through the program dashboard. Notification will come via email and text messaging from (808) 567-8900.

What kind of rewards can I get?

Rewards vary by campaign and are detailed in each offer. They may include gift cards or other incentives.

Does it cost anything?

There are no fees or charges to enroll in or participate in the program itself. Rewards are earned through qualifying card purchases, which are subject to the card’s standard rates, fees, and terms. The program is an enhancement offer available to  qualified members and cards.

Can I opt out?

Yes. Members may  unenroll from the program at any time using the unenroll link included in program emails.

Important: You may opt out of receiving text messages only by replying “STOP” or “OPT OUT” to any program text message.

  • Opting out of text messages does not remove you from the program.
  • It only stops future text message communications.

To fully unenroll from the program, you must use the unenroll link in the program email.

How long do I have to complete milestones?

Milestones and offers vary by campaign. Please visit your dashboard for details.

What if I have an issue or question?

Members can contact Harness Support at fisupport@goharness.com or Hawaii State FCU Member Service Call Center at (808) 587-2700. The program dashboard also shows offer progress.

How can I ensure messages are from Hawaii State FCU?

Official communication will come from noreply@goharness.com, via text from (808) 567-8900, or via push notifications in your Hawaii State FCU application. Hawaii State FCU and Harness will never ask for full card numbers, online banking credentials, or one-time passcodes or other sensitive account information. If in doubt, visit a branch or hang up and call our Member Service Call Center at (808) 587-2700.
