Darcy Endo-Omoto has been a member of HSFCU for more than 28 years, bringing both institutional familiarity and a deeply personal understanding of the credit union’s impact. She is committed to supporting the long-term stability and growth of HSFCU while ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of its members. She emphasizes the importance of sound governance, strategic awareness, and member-centered decision-making in an increasingly complex regulatory and economic landscape.
She currently serves as Vice President, Executive Advisor to the CEO of HEI and Hawaiian Electric, where she provides strategic guidance shaped by decades of experience working across federal, state, and county policy environments. Earlier in her career, she was a partner at Goodsill Anderson, specializing in regulatory law and government relations, where she built a strong foundation in legal analysis and public policy. Throughout her career, Darcy has worked closely with policymakers, regulators, and community stakeholders, earning a reputation for thoughtful, principled decision-making and collaborative leadership.
Darcy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and is a graduate of McKinley High School. She believes credit unions are vital community anchors and would consider it an honor to serve in a leadership role that helps sustain and strengthen HSFCU’s mission for future generations.
