As a member for almost 40 years, Dawn serves with a deep commitment to strengthen our relationship with our community – our members and our Hawaii community at large. She has served on the credit union Board since 2023 and currently serves on the HR/Compensation Committee and Governance Committee.
Dawn is currently the AVP of Community and Government Relations for HMSA. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Education from Chaminade University and a Masters of Education from the University of Hawaii.
Dawn has confidence in Hawaii State FCU’s top-notch, personalized service and trusts Hawaii State FCU with many of her family’s biggest banking decisions. She thanks the staff for being there through many of life’s milestones and is most proud of the credit union’s unwavering commitment to its members and community.
