See if you’re eligible through your employer, family or household relationship, or by belonging to a Hawaii State FCU Select Business Partner. Hawaii residency is required for new accounts.

Gather documents
Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN).
U.S. government-issued photo ID such as a Driver’s License, Passport, State or Military ID
Funds for your account via a Credit card, debit card, U.S. checking or savings account.

Open an account and apply for membership
You can apply for membership at the same time you apply to open an account.
All branches will be closed in observance of our company-wide community day on Monday, October 13. For 24/7 access to your accounts, use Digital Banking or our Mobile App.
